Jaz is the ultimate professional. She’s easy and happy to communicate with. Her set up is very clean and comfortable, with all her equipment clearly taken care of. Proper PPE and eye protection, ice packs before and after, and patch testing for my laser removal as well as talking through the process and checking in. Her certs are hanging on the wall and clearly visible. She was super efficient, and I’m already seeing a definite difference in my saturated and thick black inner forearm tattoo after one session. The pain was nowhere near what I expected from what people say and only lasted a few minutes, and just felt sensitive in the day afterward. She gave good aftercare advice, responds quickly when I message, genuinely cares about the results, and I’ll be back in a few months for the next session. Can’t recommend enough.
